I've tried working it many times, but the best thing you could do, is trying to search it up on Youtube, or Google.

You need to buy a Action Replay DS first, you may get it off the internet, or a gaming store near you. Then you add this code to catch any Pokemon, Shiny or Not it's up to you.

Shiny wild pokemon(go to trainer card and click R+A to activate,L+A to DEactivate)
Press L+R before you go to your bag and there will be 493 Masterballs in the first slot of of your bag. Find the Pokemon you want to catch's National Dex number and subtract that from 493. Then toss out that many masterballs and hold L in tall grass. Then run around. The wild Pokemon will be whatever Pokemon you selected. (it sometimes gives you one of the normal wild Pokemon for that area, so don't get down if you don't get your Pokemon on the first try.) this goes with code above. This works fine on my Pokemon Diamond like you want a Charizard 006. Toss masterball away in first slot not where the pokeballs are. Toss untill you have 6 left you will find a charizard. And press an hold L while running in grass. Just match the index number for the Pokemon you want. If you want a shiny go to your trainer card press R+A. Then the charizard will be shiny.

The masterball cheat works, if you have an action replay. To do it, activate the code, enter the game, and then drop a certain # of masterballs, so that the amount you have equals the number of the Pokemon you want in the national dex. From there, hold the activation buttons, and you will find your Pokemon at the level of the area you are doing the cheat.

If you have that inserted into your Action Replay correctly, then everything should work just fine. If you want to figure out how exactly you are supposed to use this code, then press L and R when opening up your backpack. In the items menu now, you should have 493 masterballs. Now, using the National Pokedex, find the number of the Pokemon that you want, and get rid of all the Master balls that you need to in order to have that number. Then walk into the wild and hold L when a battle starts. Hope this helps.

This is how it works
Make sure you have 493 master then stay on the invetory screen(when you push x) then look at the pokemons number
Then hold LR for two seconds then hold L and take out the number of master balls to equal the pokemons number(ex:mew is 151 so 493-342=151) keep holding L then go in the grass and when the Pokemon comes keep holding L then catch it then let go. (note: this only works with Pokemon you seen)hope this helps

There is supposedly an AR cheat out there called the 'Pokemon Modifier'. When you activate the cheat, it will allow you to find any Pokemon in the wild. You first have to toss a certain ammount of masterballs for the number of the Pokemon you want. You start out with 493 masterballs. That means 1 for each pokemon. For example, Jirachi is #385, so you would have to toss 108 masterballs to equil 385. Press and hold a certain button combination (forgot what it was). Then, all you have to do is walk into a grassy area, and sooner or later, a wild Jirachi will appear. Use a masterball to catch it. When you've caught the Pokemon and are out of the battle, press L+R and your masterball ammount will raise back up to 493. You can repeat this process to catch any Pokemon you want to catch.

Well, if you don't want to spend 10 bucks on an action replay this is the master ball button code.ABXYXBAYXABYABXY All you have to do is press these buttons when you are in the game and then check your inventory. You will have a new master ball!
