Um, well, I do not think that that is something that people can just tell you, or that they can come out with. Usually, if you look around areas where trainers are near, and there is a big, open space filled with grass, then you will be able to spot an orange tree nearby. Now, it is possible that someone might have taken the time to make a walkthrough that will show where all of the Orange honey trees are, but I am not sure. You can follow the link below and look through all of the walkthroughs and see if you see it. Or, you can search Google, that settles everything.

Routes 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210 (two are here), 211, 212 (2 are located here), 213, 214, 215, 218, 221, 222, Floroma meadows, fuego Ironworks, valley windworks, eterna forest
