In order to get Nintendo WI-FI on your game file, you need to set up a wireless internet connection. You will also need to be near an Access Point so that you can access the GTS(Global Trading Station). You will then have to go to the WI-FI/GTS building in Jubilife City and set everything up. If you need to see if you are near an access point, or if you need more help setting up Nintendo WI-FI for you to use, then please visit WI-FI.com. As for your second question, finding your friend code is very simple. Whenever you are playing the game and you come across a Pokemon Center go inside and go downstairs. Walk up to the woman and you should receive a Pal Pad from her, and she will tell you how to access your friend code. Open the Pal Pad and click the first option to see your friend code.
