In order to catch yourself a Heracross you will first want to go visit Floaroma Town. After you arrive in Floaroma Town go into the northwest area of the small town until you see the entrance to the meadow area that Team Galactic members were blocking at an earlier point in the game. Go inside that area and then walk up the path until you see the house there. Go inside of the house and talk to the man there who will be selling honey. Buy some honey from him and then go find an Orange tree so that you can slather it up with your honey. Wait for a few hours, preferably 12, and then check back to see if there is a Pokemon. It could be a Heracross. You could also just play Pokemon Fire red and migrate a Heracross to this game.
