I do not think that you can make a topic there... If it is shown on the main page of Supercheats' Pokedex, then you will not be able to create new topics there or post unless you are posting a small comment about some Pokemon. Really though, there is no need to post in the Pokedex section, most people use it for reference when they want to find a Pokemon, and nothing more. Then again, you might just want to take a look around the featured Pokemon page. There should be someplace where you can post comments, but you cannot make new topics. I really do not see how exactly this is related to the game Pokemon Diamond, but it is no big deal. I guess it had to be answered some way.
