Can you please rate my battle tower team?

Hmm, well, I cannot give you an expert rating of your Pokemon Team because I am not an expert. If you wish to have lots of Team Ratings, and get suggestions for your team, then you should use the Pokemon Team Rating Forum. Below, you can find the link. Anyhow, your team seems to be pretty good. Different types with different moves to deal with every type. In my humble opinion, they seem to be put together well. The moves are good, and the items make up for their weaknesses. Pretty good I think.

Ill start with porygon-Z. Its pretty good. Its high special attack stat is reflected in it's abundance of special attacking moves. Thunder vs thunderbolt is always a question... I would perhaps go with thunderbolt unless you have a member of your team which can use rain dance making thunder many times more favourable then thunderbolt. Milotic may be able to pull this off, but I would change to thunderbolt myself.
Rhyperior on the other hand makes me twinge. The moves dragon pulse and flamethrower are crap on him. He has a base 140 attack which is huge and a base 55 special attack which is crap. Dragon pulse and flamethrower are special, I understand that you are trying to get a super effective move against every type.... But that dragon pulse isnt going to dent majority or dragons 1/4 as bad as porygon's ice beam. I would seriously think about switching dragon pulse and flamethrower for hammer arm and stone edge. Stone edge is sick and gets stab... Hammer arm lowers speed, but really.. Does rhyperior ever get the first move in? That would leave him with hammer arm, earthquake, megahorn and stone edge. That is an all out attack and stay the heck away. Maybe even go for choice band as an item and get 1 hit ko on everything you face.
Milotic suffers a similar fate to rhyperior. Avalanche does not fit in with his low attack stat, and there is no point in have two water moves in surf and hydropump. Choose either surf or hydropump and roll with it. If you insist on dragon pulse, here is the guy to use it on. Not sure of the difference between aqua ring and recover, but ill trust you chose the better of the two. For the last move, mirror coat makes it awesome, but that may not be a viable option, ice beam could fill in well enough. Hope that enlightens you somewhat.
