Regardless of this, what you need to do is level up more before facing Primal Dialga. If Metal claw and Dragon Claw do over 120 damage, then your Chimchar will instantly die. So, level up your Pokemon, then keep trying. Or, you could keep playing the game, and come back to get Primal Dialga at another point in the game. Hope this helps.

you need to add your pokemon level if you have action replay use the cheat all medicine and you just use the rare candy over and over again until your pokemon is level 100

3. Once dialga woke up, let him sleep again.

4. Let you and your partner eat the violent seed. It will max your attack.

5. Let your partner use flame wheel. It will atack 3x since your very fast. You will use dig/mud slap or wideslash-hydro pump combo.

6. If dialga woke up, use the sleep seed. If he recover from confusion, use x-eyed seed.

7. Continue attacking and poof! he will die!

Note: Work better if dialga is also wiffer and paralyzed.
