I want to be answered this question
Let put a code to chance the dv (iv) for a Pokemon to maxet out to 31 in dv
Wathever could be to chance a party Pokemon or in the wild

Alright, so are you asking that if you enter a code to change the IV the a certain Pokemon to 31, would it be a wild Pokemon that changes, or a party Pokemon? I am just trying to clarify that I have your question right, I am having difficulty understanding it. Anyway, I do not think that it would be a wild Pokemon. Until you catch the Pokemon from the wild, the code would be useless, so I think that it changes the Party Pokemon's IV stat. Then again, it could be both because it could change both wild Pokemon, and Party Pokemon.
