There was no need to shout at the end of your question. That will not help anything in any way. Anyway, to answer your question, there is no best place to catch 'Shiny' Pokemon. If you want a Shiny Pokemon than you better be ready to wait until you run into one. There is only a 8,125/1 chance of running into a Shiny Pokemon, I think. So that means that if you battle 8,125 Pokemon, only one of them might be Shiny. You just have to keep looking for them, or you could see if any other Pokemon trainers might want to trade one to you. Hope this helps.
It is a 1 out of 1800 chance to catch a shiney Pokemon out in the wild. But with an action replay or game shark you can put a cheat in for all Pokemon to be shiney.
There's no good place to find shinies. They are random and are VERY, VERY, VERY rare. There's like a 1-1000 chance of finding one, but good luck.
There isn't really a 'best' place to find/catch shinies. They rarely appear throughout the game. You will be ultra lucky to find one.
I'm sorry there is no good place to find shiny Pokemon or find them really easy because it's rare to find. To find one it's an 1 to 1,000,000 chance to find one and I was the lucky ones to catch this rare opportunity. To find one every time you need an AR to do this. I hope you find one soon.

There is a 8/1800 chance you will run into a shiny Pokemon, BUT if you buy a action replay, you will get to find one every time, if your looking for a fair way, here are two things you can do
1. Before fighting a legendary save and keep resetting intill it's shiny
2. Chaining, when you beat dialga/palkia youll get a chaining APP. Go into a big patch of grass and use repeals so you don't find random Pokemon, use your APP and go towards a rusling grass. The next time it rustles, to start chaining go towards the farthest peace of grass. (not at the edge of grass pile, chaining will break.)
If a peace of grass sparkles, go towards it imeadtly and theres your shiny!!
(i didnt get one etheir can't find dialga!)
There is no real place that I'm aware of but the best chance of finding one is by using you're pokeradar in you're key items if the grass sparkles theres a shiny there
Good luck and PEACE OUT!
First of all it is very rare to catch shiny Pokemon. Secondly you need an action replay to get them but beware. When you play without the action replay in, the shinies will come back to noraml.
There is a 1/8192 chance (or 8 in 65536). This is because of the IV values given to each pokemon, which range between 0 and 65535 (making a total of 65536 #'s). if the pokemon's IV value is 0-7, it is a shiny pokemon. there is no really 'good' spot for catching shinies, it's mostly luck. you can chain with the pokeradar, however, or breed one of your pokemon with a compatible pokemon from another language (such as japanese). then the chance is lessened to like 1/2000 or so.
What do shiny pokemon look like? Is it like in my fire red game, I got it 7 months ago, and when i started the game up, chose charmander, it was black? It has sparkles, but I thought it meant that it was special? It is now a black charzard, in my pokemon diamond game.
Wanna hear something funny? The only shiny Pokemon I ever ran into was a golden geodude. Two turns in it used explosion lol. I have never felt so lucky and unlucky at the same time before.
I once ran into a shiny scyther in the park but after trying hard to capture it, it ran, UGH!
