hint for not getting a pokemon full

Hi I want to maximise my zapdos's coolness but the sheen on the bottom makes it full so it won't eat any more and then I can't make it's coolness higher. Is there a trick to raise it's coolness and other things if so what is it? Please help and thanks to everyone that helped.

So, you want to make your Zapdos seem cooler so that he can win some contests and win some ribbons and stuff like that? Well then, just make him participate in some contests, and try to win. If you win a ribbon, then that can contribute to your Zapdos's koolness factor. So win some contests, and keep feeding him some Poffins.

Well, here yah go.

1) Enter and win some contests. The ribbons will help it be cooler.

2) Once the sheen is full, you cannot feed it any more poffins. I am not sure if it goes down or not, but check on it every once in a while.
