As for a good fire Pokemon, there are many. Charizard, Magmortar, Blazekien and Infrenape. Just take your pick

Yes roselia does evolve into roserade you need a stone though. A shiny stone to bec exact. The eveolved form of roselia is much stronger and one of the best grass Pokemon in the game. If you need a good fire type then I would go with rapidash.

The answer to your first question, is yes. Roselia does evolve, and it evolves into the Pokemon Roserade. In order to evolve Roselia into a Roserade, you need to use a Shiny Stone on him. You can find a Shiny Stone on Route 228, or on some other areas in the wild. Just go have a look around. Roserade is pretty good, I use mine a lot in battles. Hope this helps.

Anyway, a good fir Pokemon to have would either be Chimchar because he evolves into Infernape, or you could catch a growlithe because he evolves into Arcanine when you use a fire stone on him. There are lots of Fire Pokemon for you to choose from, so just take your pick. If you have trouble deciding which one to get, just teach some fire moves to a Pokemon. That way you will not disturb your party's line up with a new Pokemon.
