Alright, before you read my answer, I want you to know that I am assuming that you are talknig about the Pokemon numbers 46, 114, and Pokemon 135 in the Sinnoh Pokedex. If this is not the case and you have obtained the National Pokedex then ask another question for the Pokemon numbers from that Pokedex and I will still be happy to help you. Alright, all that said, here you are...
Pokemon number 46 is the bug Pokemon, Wormadam. Wormadam can be hard to find, but you are in luck, there is a trainer who has a Wormadam, and she will be easy to beat. All you have to do is head south of Veilstone City and walk along Route 214 and you should see a beauty trainer. There will also be a man running round a fence area, just battle the woman, and she will have a Wormadam.
Pokemon number 114 is the strange Pokemon, Unown. Unown is really easy to find, and will require little, if any, effort at all. To find Unown you have to fly to Solaceon Town and while you are still in the town, walk to the right. You should see a few houses and a cave that you probably did not know was even there! The cave is called the Solaceon Ruins, just look around inside there and eventually, an Unown will pop up. Pokemon number 135 is the glowing fish Pokemon, Lumineon. Lumineon is the evolved form of Finneon. If you want to get a Lumineon then you could catch a Finneon and raise it to level 31, when it will evolve into the Pokemon that you want. Alternatively, you can search all the houses in the Fight Area on battle Island until you get the Super Rod. Once you receive the Super Rod, you can to a body of water, and fish for it.

Number 46 is a Pokemon called Wormadam and can be found at route 214 a trainer has it, just beat her and you will have seen Wormadam. You can also evolve a Burmy.
Number 114 is the Pokemon Unown. Go to Solaceon Town and go to the right and you should see a cave go in there and walk around until an Unown comes up.
Number 135 is the Pokemon Lumineon. You can evolve a Finneon (Level 31). Or you can use the Super Rod to fish for it some place.

No. 46 is Wormadam
Evoles from Brumy.
No. 114 is Unknown
You can find them in Solaceon Ruins.
No. 135 is Lumineon
Evoles from Finnoen.
