ultimate moves guy

Oce I found this guy that said he can teach me the ultimate moves and he taught my empoleon hydro cannon and I need to teach my torterra the grass move but I forgot where he was and I searched for about 4 hours and couldnt find him where is he?1/1/1/!1/11?1//1/1!/11/1??!?!?1?1/1/!?

Wow, you really searched for four hours? Well then, allow me to help you out Smile

The guy that you are looking for is located in his house on Route 228. Now route 228 itself is located in a desert. You can find the Desert near the resort Area on battle Island. Okay, here is a simpler way to get to where you need to go. 1st: Go to Snowpoint City, and ride the ferry till you get to Battle Island.

2nd: Once you arrive on Battle Island, head east till you reach the Rest area, or Resort Area. Then head north. 3rd: Keep heading north till you reach the desert area. Now look all around in the desert area and you should see a house. 4th: Go inside the houser and talk to the old man. If your bond with your Pokemon is strong enough, he will teach your Pokemon the 'ultimate move.'

Here are the following moves he will teach, as well as the Pokemon that he will teach them to.

Venasaur, Meganium, Sceptile, and Torterra=Frenzy Plant. Charizard, Typhlosion, Blaziken, and Infernape= Blast Burn.

Blastoise, Feraligatr, Swampert, and Empoleon= Hydro Cannon.

I was told my Lvl 60 empoleons bond isnt strong enough..how do I build it??

What cheating-is-good said is true. There is Another place that you can get the ultimate move, but the woman teaches it to Dragon type Pokemon Only. Her house is on the route on the right to Celestic Town where there is fog. You will need to bring a Pokemon with the move Defog and one with the move Rock Climb. When you get to her house, if you and your Dragon Pokemon are at Max Friendship, she will teach your Pokemon Draco Meteor.
