Hi, um I still don't know how to get into sunny shore as there is a man standing there saying there was a major blackout in sunny shore, is there a level I have to get pass or do I have to do something else to get there can someone help me please?

You have to have seven badges, and you have to defeat Cyrus a top of Mount Coronet.

Once you have gotten seven gym badges and then you make an adventure to defeat a man on the top of Mount Coronet, only then will you be able to travel to Sunny shore city to continue on your quest.

You have to have eight gym badges,and you need to defeat Cyrus and the others.
After that, kill or capture dialga or palkia at the top of Mt.Coronet.It's called Spear Pillar.[probably need Pokemon with surf,rock climb,rock smash and
Strenght.]

Well, there are several things that you have/need to do in order to gain access to Sunyshore City. The first thing on your to do list that you need to complete is clearing out all of the Team Galactic members in the three great lakes. You know the lakes where you can find the legendary Pokemon Mesprit, Uxie, and Azelf? Those are the lakes that I am talking about. After you clear the areas of any Team galactic members, head toward their headquarters in Veilstone City.
Once you are done defeating every single member inside of the base, you need to fly to Hearthome city, and head west till you reach the entrance to Mount. Coronet. Once you are there, head inside Mount. Coronet, and make your way to the top of the mountain. At the top of the mountain, you will have to defeat Cyrus, and Dialga. After you do all of that, you can then head to Sunyshore City.
