Ok now, I sersly need to know, is a swarm completly random?Or can I some how manpulat(spelling)it?please tell A.S.A.P. Thanx

I believe a swarm is random, but does actually have something to do with the current time, and day of the week. For example, if on Monday, at 3:00 PM , you run into a swarm of mime junior, then next Monday at another time you could run into a different swarm of pokemon. I believe that it also varies with recent events. If you have the National Pokedex, then you can talk to Dawn's sister in Sandgem town and she will tell you where you can find a swarm of pokemon. Hope this helps.

As far as I know you can not change it in anyway, but Dawn/Lucas's sister does tell you what Pokemon are swarming, she is in the house bellow the Pokemon Centre in Snadgem town.
