Do you have an AR? If you do it's the only way. Go to the AR section and request codes or go to the teams at http://teams.supercheats.com/teams.php?tname=teamsuperchat .I will try to get a code for you.

If you can't get to a Nintendo Event, you only have two options:
1) Use Mystery Gift to get it from someone that has it or
2) Cheat using a AR device

I am sorry, but unfortunately no one can list the Action Replay codes here. You can however, go to the Action Replay section of Pokemon Diamond, and look for them yourself.

You only can get those stuff through a nintendo event or Action Replay codes. I hoped this helped heaps.

You have three reasons.
1.Use Action Replay
2.Mystery Gift
3.There ia a man in the Sinnoh T.V. Tower and he asks you to think about T.v or something And say Everybody Happy and Wifi Connection.
