Apparently, route 224 is where you get either Darkrai or Shaymin, which are event pokemon. You need an Action Replay and then you need to use the walk anywhere cheat and then you fly to the Pokemon league and walk anyqwhere so then you can get Darkrai or Shaymin.

To get to route 224 you need to have the National Pokedex and Beaten the Elite 44 at least once. On you way through the Victory road you would have noticed a man blocking a doorway, now since you have beaten the elite 4 you can go through. Once you go through you will met a trainer called Marley, help her through the rest of the cave, then when you are done you end up on route 224. There is nothing much there except for a few items and some trainers.

Thanxs but just after I posted my question I Figurd it out. I wanted to go there cous my Pokedex said I could find dusclops there but I couldent find one

There is only one way to get to Route 224, and you have to have the National Pokedex in order to gain access to it. So if you have not obtained the National Pokedex from Professor Rowan, then you might as well forget about going to Route 224. After you obtain the national Pokedex, go back inside the last part or the Elite four cave, and go inside the area where the big man was blocking the entrance to. Make your way through that part of the cave, and then when you come out, you will be on Route 224. Nothing there except a few trainers, and a big, white, rock that you can do nothing with if you have not gone to a Nintendo Event.

To get there first you must defeat the Pokemon league and obtained the national dex in order to get there. Then you go to Victory Road and there will be a man standing infront of this path and then you go through and a girl needs your help and once you got through you are now in route 224.
