How do make the guy in green appear plz!!!!!!!!!!!!! Help me! Who wants to challnege me post your friend code

The only way for that is if you used action replay for the azure flute cheat or a Nintendo Event. Once you've accomplished one of those, you can go to any pokemart and find the green guy.
PS:Incase you didn't know, all he does is give you the azure flute, then you can go to Spear Pillar so on so on, so if you are trying to get Arceus without cheating or going to an event, it's impossible, sorry.
I am sorry to say this, but you cannot just 'make' the green man appear in the Poke'Mart. In order for him to pop up, you must either go to a Nintendo Event, and get a Mystery Gift item through WI-FI, or use an Action Replay code to the same effect. So, if you do not have an Action Replay, or cannot go to a Nintendo Event, then I am afraid that you are out luck. Sorry. Also, if you want to challenge someone, or you want someone to challenge you, then you should go ask here.

A man in green apears in the Hearthome City PokeMart after you transefer Manaphy over from Pokemon Ranger. But other than that I don't know.
