Hi, does anyone know where you can find the following items:
*Leftovers
*King's Rock
*Metal Coat

You can find a Leftovers in Victory Road. Wild Munchlax [on Sweet Honey Trees] will always hold one. You can also buy some Leftovers in the Battle Tower. Also, a Pokemon with the Pickup ability might pick up the item.
You can find the King's Rock on wild Poliwhirl, which is obviously after you've obtained the National Pokedex. Also, a Pokemon with the Pickup ability might pick up the item.
You can find a Metal Coat in Iron Mountain. Wild Steelix, Bronzor, Bronzong, Magenemite, and Beldum could be holding one. [You need the National Pokedex in order to see Magnemite and Beldum.]

What I've heard is that you could find a kings rock by capturing a poliwhirl. it might sometimes be holding a kings rock
