I know that there is one that can be found in Mount.Coronet, but I am not sure as to where it is. You could try looking in a walk through, or an items list.
I have found a dawn stone in the Underground before as well, so you should try looking around there. That's all I have.

There are two in the game (both diamond and pearl) and you can find them in: Mt. Coronet, 2nd time you go throught it you will fid one on the first floor.
The second one is only available after you beat the elite 4, it is on route 225. That route is up in the Bsttle Zone. Once you land there from the dock you go start up, to route 225, and find your Dawn Stone.
P.S. Perpare for a battle, when you land in the battle zone for the first time.

You can get a dawn stone by doing the following:
- Mt Coronet (1st Floor)
- Have a pick Pokemon level 60 and above.
That is all the places and things do to do to obtain the dawn stones.
