How do I find the therd gym I am inhearthome city with empty gym I need help my pokemons lev 38

The hearthome gym is unnaccesible until much later in the game. If it is your first time to hearthome,you can't fight her.(you CAN fight her when you get the HM move surf, though.

I cannot remember the exact way to get to the third gym leader, but I know that any of the walkthroughs found in the link can tell you how to get there. As for the Hearthome City gym, forget about it for now. You have to have 4 badges before you can battle Fontina.

The third gym is in Veilstone City, not Hearthome. Go through Hearthome to Solaseon Town, and go north, then when you reach the Cafe Cabin next to the road blocked by Psyduck, go east (btw, east=left on this game) through the route filled with rain, until you reach Veilstone.

The gym in Hearthome City is really the 5th Gym. The 3rd Gym is the city on the right of Hearthome City named Veilstone City.

Hearthome gym is the fifth gym battle. IF you are looking for the third you must head for Veilstone, that is where the third Gym is.
