Get rid of the ice Pokemon, you can teach your water Pokemon ice moves. All you really need to do is train that electric Pokemon, so that he will get stronger, than he might become a good asset to your team. Catch A magikarp, and evolve into a Gyarados at level 20, and train the Gyarados. It will help you out a lot.

Im afraid I would be horribly more helpful if you were to give us the actual Pokemon with the moves they have, though I can guess some youve probably got a blaziken of an infernape, most likely the latter. Well one tip I have is that it may be wise to diversify your team a bit, incorporate more multi-type pokemon. For example, instead of a flying and rock, maybe use aerodactyl, which is both. Or use starmie which is water and psychic. There are pros and cons to doing this, you gain type coverage, but you may also gain 4x weaknesses which are crippling. The best way to make your team is to balance everything, balance your type coverage, your attack, special, defense everything. The challenging part of this is making your team work together... If you can call it that. What I mean is finding weaknesses in one Pokemon and being able to make up for them with another and do the same thing for them all until you can't find anything that could possibly go wrong. Good luck

You could try a torterra with: crunch, earthquake, leaf storm and wood hammer.
Rhyperior: any of the lastfive moves that it learns.
Garchomp: Giga impact, earthquake, dragon claw and stone edge.
These are just a few examples, but I think your team needs the attack strong of Pokemon like this, if you don't like any of this any ground type would do.

P.S. Could you please rate my team 'tricky14! 1st'
Hope this helped =)
