Pokemon number 135 is Lumineon, the fish pokemon. It is also the evolved form of Finneon. If you have a finneon level it up to level 31, and it will evolve. Or battle a fish trainer that has a Lumineon.

Pokemon #135 is Lumineon. It is the evolved for of Finneon. Finneon evolves at lv. 31. Lumineon can be found in Routes 218-221 using the Super Rod. You can find Finneon in Routes 218-221 using the Good Rod.

It's lumineon, if you can't be stuffed evolving one there is a trainer just outside Sunyshore with it
