First of all, cheating-is-good, he was only answering part of the question that was asked. He wasn't doing anything wrong.
To answer your question, SuperCheats provides many cheats for Pokemon Diamond (http://www.supercheats.com/nintendods/pokemondiamondcodes2.htm)
If you're having trouble finding a cheat you want, or for a cheat that actually works, you can always ask for a code here (http://forums.supercheats.com/newtopic.php?forum=1828)
All you need to do is come up with a title (such as, "Action Replay Code Requests") and ask for the cheats you would like. Just specify which Pokemon you want.
If you look on this page, you'll notice a few links to the left of your question; one of the links I provided was taken from one of those links.

If they want the code, then they need to go and look in the Action Replay Section, or ask in the Pokemon Action Replay Section. Now for the question.
