You don't it always stays the same.....sorry buddy. But trying to change the time on diamod is kind of a lost cause.

When you turn on your ds you should have the option to go to your ds internal clock here you can change the clock and thus change the time in diamond. Be careful though doing this could screw up your game and not allow you to do anything time related for a while

You cannot simply alter the time on Pokemon Diamond. In order to change the time for Pokemon Diamond, you change the time for the Nintendo DS. Turn on the Nintendo DS, click on the yellow Clock icon, and change to whatever you want. Then save it, and turn the DS back on.

When you turn on your ds don't press Pokemon diamond you press the middel icon at the bottom of the screen and then you change the time to watever you want, off and on and you will have the time you set on diamond it worked for my DS
