Who is the manshin? I do not really understand what you are asking, did you mean to who is in the Mansion, or did you mean what is in the Mansion? Also, note how I spelt Mansion, this will help you later on.

The mansion belongs to family that died a long time ago, so nothing important there. Now the only things that inhabit the Mansion are ghost Pokemon, and ghosts. You cannot interact with the Ghost, so do not bother with them. The Mansion itself is not Important, but the Pokemon within it is. After you beat the Elite four, go back to the mansion at nighttime, and go up the stairs, and into the room with the TV. Talk to the TV, select the yes option, and capture Rotom.

The Pokemon Mansion is in Route 212 just below Hearthome City. You can get a selection of Pokemon there that you can't find anywhere else in Sinnoh. The new Pokemon that appears there changes daily. So check there about every day to get special Pokemon that you can only find there.

There is no one in the game called the manshin but if you mean the mansion or the man in the manshion then it is under hearthome city just go down and down form hearthome city until you see it.
