Ok, well for Grotle (Turtwigs second form) I'm aware that it can't be found in the wild. I may be wrong, but I think it needs to be evolved from turtwig only (at level 16).
Burmy's, aparently can be found on tree's, which you slather with honey. I havent found any yet either, but thats what I have been told. Burmy's third form, (would that be Wormadam or Mothim or something?) can't be found in the wild. You need to evolve a Burmy.
Pichu can be found near the trophy garden aparently, although I havent found one yet.
Noctowl (Hoothoot's second form) can be found north of Valor Lakefront, in grassy areas and more commonly at night. I don't think noctowl can be found during the day.

Look on the Supercheats Pokedex (http://pokemon.supercheats.com), before you ask these kind of questions.

Turtwig's second form Grotle can be found by various trainers on the way to the Elite four, and by your rival if you chose piplup. Burmy's third form... You might have to evolve it. If you look on the Supercheats Pokedex, you can find out what Pokemon that is. Pichu can be found in the eterna forest I think, or by migrating it from Emerald, or Leaf Green.

Turtwig's second form (Grotle) can be found from an Ace Trainer along Route 210.

Burmy's third form... Well, he only has two forms, but there are two different forms. By evolving a male Burmy at level 20, you will get a Mothim, which can be found from a male Ace Trainer on Route 210. By evolving a female Burmy at level 20, you will get a Wormadam, which can be found from a beauty on Route 214.

#102 is Chatot. You can find him along Route 222 or Route 224, however a gentelman on Route 212 has one.

Pichu can be found while using the Poke Radar in the Trophy Garden.

Hoothoot's second forum (Noctowl) can be found in the Safari Zone (in Pastoria City) after obtaining the National Pokedex. This must be at night.
