You have to get the silver flag

Yes you can, you can use a flag to delete one boulder from your base, or move it somewhere else. But it is harder than it sounds, because in order to get a flag, you must steal it from your friends secret base. Once you steal the flag from your friend, hurry back to your base, and you can use the flag on a rock.

You can do that if you have a silver/bronz flag(if you have platinun(50flags)you can del. All

It is possible, but you need to upgrade your flags in your Secret Base in the Sinnoh Underground, by playing "Capture the Flag" with friends. First, you must find their Secret Base. Then, steal the flag on their desk. Finally, run back to your Secret Base and put the flag on your desk. After stealing 50 flags (or the same flag 50 times), you have the ability to get rid of all the boulders in your Secret Base.

Note that two games (Diamond and/or Pearl) are required, obviously with two Nintendo DS's. There must be two separate accounts and both must have a Secret Base and be Underground.

First of all, you can't move them like the one guy said. You can delete them by getting your rank higher, which you can do by capturing other peoples flags underground. By the way, you shouldnt delete them all beacause some can keep your enemys from getting your flag.

50 flags taken = no rocks in your base I suggest having two ds and to games because it takes 4ever connect with yourself so your not buggin your friends

I believe once you beat the Elite Four and past that you should be able to have them moved I think.
