You need to get celibi from Pokemon Coliseium. Then, Send it to a GBA Pokemon game and migrate it. You can also migrate the others or use AR codes.

You can migrate Pokemon from other GBA Pokemon games. You are able to migrate when ever you get the national pokedex, go to the end of Route 221. You can migrate Pokemon from that building at the end of the route. To migrate, go to the Pokemon Diamond/Pearl main menu. If you have a GBA Pokemon game in the GBA slot, select 'Migrate from ___'. When you get there, select 6 Pokemon from your PC from that game. Then go back to the building in Route 221 to get the Pokemon from your GBA game. That includes legendaries.

There are a few options that you can take to obtain Celebi, Deoxys, and all the other Legendaries that are not on the game. One option is to get them from your friends by trading them to you. Or, you could Migrate them from Other Pokemon games such as Pokemon emerald, Pokemon Leaf Green, or Pokemon Sapphire, if you have the Pokemon on any of those games. Another option you could use, is to buy a Action replay device. This device has a bunch of codes in that, so that you can catch any Pokemon you want, walk through walls, and a bunch of other stuff.

Get a action replay and use the code to find any wild Pokemon make sure you have tha nationaldex.

Dialga, Cresselia, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Regigigas, and a couple others I can't think of you can find on the game. For the rest, you could cheat, trade, or go to Nintendo Events.

P.S. Celebi was only released one time in the U.S. At a special Nintendo event last year and other than that, it is only available in Japan. So the easiest way to get it is to cheat.

If you got them in any of the other games like ruby, saphire, emerald, fire red, or leaf green you can migrate them. But I think that's the only way. How I got them is I bought an Action Replay and used codes to get them. I'm such a cheater. Haha.

Get a action replay device or migrate from other games. to get regigigas you need all the regis by migrating.to get Mew you need to migrate from emerald. (use a event to go to faraway island). ah deoxys the big daddy that everyone likes my mate told me that you can get it in firered or leafgreen and if you have one form in your party go to the meteors that fell from space in veilstone? I think just go to the city with meteors with dexoeys in firs place and apparently you then click on a meteor and then fight another deoxeys.

You CANNOT get the tickets for: Mew, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebii, Jirachi, or Deoxys.

To get Mew, Lugia, Ho-Oh, or Deoxys, you have to migrate them from Fire Red, Leaf Green, or Emerald. To get Jirachi, you have to migrate her from Ruby or Sapphire. There is no way to get Celebii besides cheating.

You must obtain certain items for each Pokemon, which can now only be obtained through cheating. The items are corresponded to the following pokemon:

Mew: Old Sea Chart.
Lugia and Ho-Oh: Mystic Ticket[?].
Jirachi: Eon Ticket.
Deoxys: Aurora Ticket.

Remember which Pokemon can be caught in which game, for these items can only be used in those games. Talk to the sailor [FireRed/LeafGreen: Vermilion City; Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald: Slateport/Lilycove City] and go to the island, and catch each pokemon. Once you've done that, just migrate the Pokemon into Diamond or Pearl.

Now, other event Pokemon you can get are Darkrai, Shaymin, and Arceus.

Darkrai: Member's Pass.
Shaymin: Oak's Letter.
Arceus: Azure Flute.

These items can either be obtained through cheating, or by a Nintendo Event [which are currently held in Japan; they're currently giving away these items].

I assume you'd know how and where to find each Pokemon, but if you don't, you can always ask another Pokemon Diamond question about how and where to find them; I'll gladly answer it for you.

If you want the legendaries such as deoxsys and celebi, you would have to get them from nintendo events, which only happen about once a year, but if you truly want them, I have legitimate versions of each that I would be willing to trade to you for free. I only ask as a favor that you trade me something holding a magma stone. It is still fine if you don't.
