Does anyone know a cheat for diamond?
Is there a cheat where it lets you catch any Pokemon using masterballs?

Like the other person I told, I got some good news, and some bad news. The bad news is that even if there is such a code, I cannot tell you the code because of the rules. The good news is, that your code does in fact exist. I suggest you to go have a look in the Pokemon Action Replay Forum.

No cheat is needed. Master Balls catch all Pokemon without fail.

Masterballs already let you catch any Pokemon without fail, but if you want more, I suggest getting the 999 master ball action replay cheat. That's what I have, and I found it off of the action replay code section.

So you're asking a cheat for some Master Balls?
Along the side of your question, there is a link that says, "Action Replay questions and requests." Click the link next to that and check out that forum for some codes, or request a code in this box here: http://forums.supercheats.com/newtopic.php?forum=1828
However, I cannot make a code for you as I do not cheat. Sorry. But I know there is a cheat for this, so someone will get the cheat for you eventually.
