Cresselia
I keep finding cresselia and then when the battle starts I tell my Pokemon to do mean look but then cresselia flees b4 my Pokemon does mean look? How do I catch cresselia now?

Oooh... Tricky. Let me guess you used your masterball for mesprit or someone else... Oh boo to them for making two roaming pokemon...
There are other trap moves, but make sure the Pokemon you have that knows mean look is both faster than cresselia and a higher level than cresselia, because otherwise it will be fast enough to flee from you before you can stop it from fleeing by using a move on it.

Cresselia can be very hard to catch... But I caught mie in a pokeball. You could go to one of the lakes and use pokeradar in the grass to catch a wobbufet that has the ability shadow tag. Or go to route 228 to catch a dugtrio that has arena trap. You could catch Cresselia like that. Try it!

A good Pokemon to use would be Trapinch, because of his Arena Trap abilities, so you might wanna look for one of them ,or migrate one to your game. All I can tell you, is that you need to get your Pokemon leveled up a lot so that your Pokemon will be faster then that Cressalia, and you will be able to do your move first, so focus on leveling up. After you have done that, look around for Cressalia, and when you find it, or encounter the Pokemon, then first thing use Mean look, and that should stop it from running away like a sissy. It might also help if your Pokemon is holding an X speed boost item, so it will get a little boost as soon as the battle starts. Hope this helps, make sure you bring a lot of Ultraballs.

This is happening because Cresselia is faster than your Pokemon and can act first in battle. What you need to do is level up your Pokemon and use some Carbos. This will hopefully give you a boost in speed. To be safe, make sure your Pokemon is around level 40, or higher.

The cresselia is faster than your Pokemon with mean look. Train it more on speed by killing buziels near pastoria city, or by giving carbos. A good tip for catching either cresselia or mesprit- bring along someone with defog, and fly to celestic town. Keep going in and out of the town(through the right side of the town, that's why you need defog). Cresselia or mesprit will eventually go there. If you are lucky, both of them can be at there at the same time. Surf is optional, you might want to bring it along. I caught my cresselia and mespirit this way at night with around 20 dusk balls each and I still have my master ball up to now. Good luck in catching it!

If you have black and white 2 it will be usefull to have landaurus because it is the only that has block
