How do i evolve machop or ghastly???

How do i evolve machop or ghastly???
I hav a lvl 23 machop and a lvl 17 ghastly nd they wont evolve... HELP!! Also is there any way to get shaymin and arceus and all them w/o action replay? Any help is welcome

Machop evolves to Machoke at level 28.
Gastly evolves to Haunter at level 25.

1. You need to evolve Machop into Machoke at level 28, and Ghastly into Haunter at level 22. Then, trade both Machoke and Haunter into another Diamond or Pearl to get Machamp and Gengar.
2. You can always obtain the "Oak's Letter" (for Shaymin) and "Azure Flute" (for Arceus) at Nintendo Events, but those are currently held in Japan. The only other country they will be held in is the United States, but that won't be for a while. If you don't live in either of those two countries, and you don't want to travel just for a Nintendo Event, you're best option is to cheat. You can also trade on Wi-Fi, but I don't think those Pokemon will be up for trade.

Machop evolves on level 28 into a Machoke. Gastly evolves on level 25 into a Haunter. If you want these Pokemon to evolve again you have to trade them. Also you cannot find Shaymin and Arceus without an AR at the moment. I am glad to answer your question.

They both evolve somewhere in the mid 20's, now I'm not sure about Shaymin but Arceus yup. First obtain the mystery gift, then go to any Pokemart and talk to a person at the counter. She'll/he'll give you the azure flute. Now go back to our old friend the spear pillar, and suddenly the azure flute will make a sound say yes wait, and go up the stairs, and you'll see Arceus.

you can find it behind a ohuse on route 217 after climbing through mount coronet on you way to snowpoint city
