How the hell do I get past the 1st forest please I'm only a beginer sorry if spelt wrong.

That forest is called Eterna Forest. If you have the girl following you, so you first you enter the forest then turn right, go up until you see to paths again turn right again. Now verse these two trainers, ok you have to go up again then turn right then verse the next lot of trainers. Then keep going down until you are in the patch of grass. If you don't want verse these lot of trainers go up. Now turn the nest right. Keep going right until you meet the wall. Now keep going up. I hope I helped you with this forest thing, if this didn't help I'm sorry.

Eterna Forest, you mean? No matter what path you take, as long as you keep heading forward, you will eventually find a way out. Try to go either as far up or as far right as you can, and you'll eventually find the exit.
