The 114th Pokemon of the sinnoh dex isn't a new pokemon. It's Unown, the symbol Pokemon, which first appeared way back in Gold/Silver/Crystal on the Gameboy Color.
You can get these Pokemon in one of 28 different shapes, from A-Z of the alphabet, and ! And ?
You can catch any of the unown Pokemon in sinnoh, by going to Solaceon town and opening the Solaceon ruins. You will need a ruin keystone. The Pokemon you wish to see are there. And you will also be able to find the fourth lake of sinnoh and it is there, that you will also be able to find Turnback cave, and if you can solve the riddle that is turnback cave, you will have the chance to battle a level 70 legendary pokemon... Giratina... It is ghost/dragon type, so it's hard to beat... Have fun!

In the sinnoh dex the 14th Pokemon is UNKNOWN and you find in a cave near the day cear center

The Pokemon is unknown go to solaceon ruins if you want to catch it.
To get there all you have to do is go far right of solaceon and hop all the little walls

#114 is Unown. You can find him in the Solaceon Ruins. To get here, go to Solaceon Town, and to the northeast corner. You should notice a stretch that leads to the right. Go all the way to the right, and then go down a few ledges, enough so you can continue even more right. Go in the cave you see. You're in Solaceon Ruins, but this room you're currently in has no wild pokemon. So, go in any room off of this room, and you should run into swarms of Unown.

It's unown you can find it at a ruin near solanceon town there are 28 different shapes of it
