Where is Focus Punch

To get Focus Punch, follow these Simple Steps.
You will need a Pokemon that knows Fly, Surf, Strength and Rock Smash.

1. Fly to Oreburgh City.

2. Head west to the Oreburgh Gate (The Cave/Tunnel leading to Jubilife City)

3. Go through the Gate, but near the End, go north

4. Use Rock Smash to break through the rocks blocking your path, continue along down the stairs.

5. Go south and Surf to the west. You land near the old trainer. Continue down the stairs, smash the rock, go north and then use Rock Smash and Strength to get past the next two rocks. TM01 (Focus Punch) should be there.

Hopefully this helps.

It's simple. However, you need the first six badges, and HM03 Surf, HM04 Strength, and HM06 Rock Smash. HM03 Surf and HM06 Rock Smash are almost directly given to you, however you need to find HM04 Strength by yourself. You obtain it from one of the old ladies at the top of Lost Tower on Route 209.

Now, go to Oreburgh City and go in the Oreburgh Gate (to the west). Go north, use Rock Smash on those boulders, and go down the stairs. Go down some more in this room, and use Surf and go to the west a bit. Battle the old man, and continue west. Use Strength on that boulder, and TM01 Focus Punch should be right there.
