Not sure where or what "NZ" is, but I can guarantee this.
You CAN buy an Action Replay through the internet from wherever you live, only it costs more for Shipping and Handling.
You can find Action Replays at stores like Best Buy. That's actually your best bet of finding one, I think.

You can buy one off TradeMe for around $50. I recommend not getting one though. My friend and I both bought one and they broke within a month! It could have been bad luck though
