Does the house with the locked door close to the library does the locked..

1) It's a Nintendo Event, Nintendo downloads something in your game, and it will cause something to happen. In this case, the door would open, and someone puts you asleep. Then, Darkrai appears in your dreams, and you catch it.

2)You can get it by getting the Odd Key from the guy under the tree near HeartHome City (the west side), and put it into the little canal south of the Day Care center city (the name escapes me). Then, you need to greet 100 people in the Underground. If you don't want to do that, just post a thread in the trading forum.

Well, since I have done this event before I know what it really is. In reality, when you get the event item, go into the hotel. There a creepy guy will greet you and say something along the lines of, "Welcome! We have been expecting you..." Then, you will go to sleep and you can just see that guy start to filcker as the screen fades. You will hear Darkrai's cry. Walk through Newmoon Island until you find Darkrai's Glade. There you will battle it (make sure to save first!) and after the battle you wake up in the Harbor Inn and the Creepy Guy is gone. Go to the PC if you caught Darkrai and there it is! If you didnt, reset and try again.

Spiritomb is found at the Hallowed Tower. Once it has been reconstructed, talk thirty-two times with a friend underground. Come back up and the Tower is fully rebuilt. Go inside and Battle the Spiritomb.

1. You can unlock the door by using the Member's Pass on it. You can obtain this item through cheating, or by attending a Nintendo Event, which are currently held only in Japan. Based on the complaints in the past, I'm not sure that the door will unlock if you cheat to obtain the Member's Pass. And there's really nothing important about that house, except for the fact you find the map to the island where Dakrai resides. But that's it, and that's the only time you'll even need to visit the hotel.

2. I haven't seen this question in a LONG time >_> Alright, so the process takes forever, either way. What you need to do, first, is obtain the Odd Keystone from a blackbelt on Route 208. Put this Keystone in the rock on Route 209. Now, go underground, and talk to 32 different people (excluding hikers) you'll meet there. This is where it gets complicated. You can talk to the same person 32 times, but you have to go through a very annoying process. You talk to them, go exit the underground, you go back in the underground, you talk to them, etc. You have to do this 32 times! But the good news is, once that's done, if you go back to that rock, you'll battle a level 25 Spiritomb. I would very much likely reccomend to get a FEMALE Spiritomb, because as you can tell, the process to get Spiritomb is quite annoying. And so, breeding for Spiritomb are much easier, and this can only be done if you have a FEMALE Spiritomb (or, you can breed with Ditto, but this can't be done until much later in the game).

Well that house triggers an event for a DARKRAI which hasnt happened yet. You can get an AR (action replay) and you can get the members pass to start it. Spiritomb is found in the hollow tower after you insert the oddstone key and talk to 32 players in Underground (hikers do not count). Also you could get it from GTS which I personally wouldnt do because people ask big for spiritomb at least from what iv seen.
