When you complete Regular GP you unlock Special option, and Hard GP, the special option may alow all GBA Pokemon games, (besides Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team) and you may make the team that you want to be the GP like I have a Cup that includes Charizard, Magcargo, ETC but they are all fire types, you may only have 6 courses though, and 6 cups, when you complete Hard GP though, you unlock the hardest GP, the Expert GP you may get the checkpoints in any order, but the hard part is that the Pokemon oppoinets are crazy hard, so try your luck.
