Since Pugilis is a fighting-type arena, your best bet is to bring in some flying or psychic Pokemon. While you can link with a Zubat (or Starly, but I'm not sure what attack it can use once evolved into Staravia) in the cave outside the Ignis castle, you are better off trying to recruit a free warrior with a psychic (Saizo has Ralts, Jinpachi has Chingling) or try to recruit Hisahide, who carries a Rufflet with him. Since this is a banner battle, all you have to do is hold ALL the banners for 5 turns, or defeat all your foes, then claim the banners. A few well-trained flying types and you're golden since all 5 enemies are weak to flying attacks. Good luck with your conquest!!!
