How do you get shiny Pokemon without getting the shiny orb or whatever it's called if you tell me I will tell you how to get kyurem

You must simply explore the Unova or any other region(except kanto)and find a shiny Pokemon with pure luck. The chances are intimidating, about 1 in every 8196 (luck may be on you side and the ratio will decrease or increase if lucky or unlucky) also for some extra knowledge, fill up the national pokedex(649 Pokemon) and get the shiny charm that increases your chances to 3 in every 8196 Pokemon, or simplified to 1 in every 2371

Follow up, of your trying to catch a legendary shiny just save in front of it and enter battle. If it's not a shiny soft reset (L,R,select,start) and try again. You will be doing this for a LOONG time but it does work.
