Question for Pokemon Black 2

WILD ENCOUNTER PROBLEM(SORT OF)

This isn't really a problem, But I'm On Route 4 Right now, and I'm trying to find a Male SANDILE with the "Moxie" Ability, and according to a Website I looked at, it says that SANDILE is 50% Male, and 50% Female.
But whenever I successfully Encounter a Wild SANDILE on Route 4, They're ALWAYS Female, and they ALWAYS Have "Intimidate" as their Ability instead of "Moxie".

Any Tips and/or Advice on how to locate a Male SANDILE with the "Moxie" Ability?

Well even though it says 50% male and 50% female your not guaranteed a male 50% of the time the game gives a random gender and the ability isnt "set in stone" if I'm using the phrase right so you can't expect what you want when you want it
Edit:if you activate the memory link you can get N's pokemon his sandile has the moxie ability its hard to get it to spawn but worth the wait or you might see a male sandile oh here is a tip if a male sandile does appear and you dont see the ability intimidate activate it has the moxie ability
