You get a male and a female cat in the same room. You throw a toy at them for awhile. When you see this symbol:D (Right side up)

Get a girl and boy kitty together in the same room for a while, feed them together and let them play together make sure they are at full hearts and grown up and after a while their icon that shows if they like eachother will turn into a smile and just wait
