How do you got to clean animal pens? I bought this game used and have no idea what I'm doing.

What you do is in the top right corner of the ''waiting room'' there's a blue and white sign. Click it and it'll take you to the recovery room. Once there choose an animal and it'll take you through the steps of caring for the animal.
