Question for Pac Pix

Does anyone know how to kill the big boss at the end of Level 8.

I presume you eat the small frog like creatures and avoid the bombs but I cannot figure out how to actually kill the boss. I end up running out of time, it's driving me mad!!!!

Any help would be appreciated.

It got me too, until I misdrew an arrow and it bounced off the "reflectors"surrounding the Boss. Shoot all of it's panels off,when he falls
To the bottom screen...eat em' up yum. Then tell me how to get passed level 12-5
It's driving me bonkers. Great game though.
