In the second stage of the game how can turtle and racoon get the toolbox full of sparkplugs out of the construction lock up area where the gaurd dog is?

Heloo it's not a toolbox full of spark plugs the spark plugs are on the bulldozerr an underneath the sleeping dog, the tool box is to break the spriklers so you can climb the fence, you need a dog whistle for the dog or go near him till he wakes up and sneak behind him and get the spark plug!
