To get the lucky collar you need to make sure your dog is beautiful, well fed and in a good mood before you take it on a walk. Then take it on a walk and hit as many ? Boxes as you can. Eventually, (it migth take a while!) you will find the lucky collar.

P.S if you have a clover clock it will increase your chances!
Theres a cheat for ulimited walks. So just go on youtub. R if you have the luck clock than use that. Try wearing the knit hat that usally helps. Make sure that you're dog is very happy. Cool stuff are normally in the top left cornor no matter what map you have. U willl eventually find it.
If you go into the left hand corner of a map while on a walk, you have an increased chance of finding it. Also, try to pass many ? Boxes on your walk. Hope someone finds this helpful. =^• •^=
