Have you watched the episode of naruto where the lady with the purple hair tells everyone what to do for the chunin exam called the "forest of death"? Well that's anko. Find her, first leave the hidden leaf village and then go to the leaf forest. Then, go left until you see the directional sign. Finally, read the sign and go to the selection grounds. To find out what regional cards are just talk to the people in the selection grounds.
Anko is the person that you talk to when you want to play wireless battle verus friends
