Does anyone know how to be that guy at the crystal ravine plz help I lost 23 times plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I beat him and I got some ninja tools SO I'm AT THE END BUT I'm ONLY A LVL 75 BUT I can't BEAT HIM OH NEVER MIND I JUST BEAT THE CATFISH WITH RASENGAN CRAZY HU
