PLZ tell me how to get Guy And who is he Because I don't see him on any of the Naruto episodes.

To get Guy just beat story mode and you should have him in battle mode. He's Lee's sensei and appears in episode 22 for the first time.
You unlock Guy by beating Story Mode on any difficulty. Guy is the sensei of Lee, Neji, and TenTen, and first appears in episode 22.
