Question for Mystery Tales: Time Travel

I'm in Axtec area. Found all the items and clicked on bowl and blood. Then I got a screen of pictures and figures and a list of items to find in a time limit.W
Ell, I found all the items not once but 3 different times and nothing happens. The screen stays the same, the clock ticks down and then it says level failed! There were no items left to find. What am I missing? W
Hat am I supposed to do that I'm not doing? Help!

You have to use the brush on the second panel in from the start, on the right hand side a spider will appear touch it and the level will be complete
